There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed on weekdays, from 9am – 4pm (CST). We do not process orders on weekends or U.S Federal Holidays.

We use USPS Priority Mail to ensure trackability and fast transit. 

Priority Mail takes anywhere between 1-7 business days depending on your shipping location. Please note that the time frame shown on the checkout page is an estimate, from the time the package is accepted at USPS. This is not a guaranteed transit time. USPS does not guarantee arrival time for Priority Mail. See below for late shipments.

Shipping availability may vary as state regulations continue to evolve. At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States, and do not offer international shipping. Reach out if you have any questions, email info@foundrynation.com.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped through USPS.

Foundry Nation, LLC subscription service offers convenient recurring delivery of your favorite cannabis product. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Subscription Enrollment: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription options and pricing details are available in your account.

Billing & Payments

• Your subscription will be billed automatically based on the chosen plan: monthly, or every two months.
• Payments are processed securely via [list payment processors, e.g., Stripe, PayPal].
• In case of payment failure, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@foundrynation.com.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Return/Refund Policy

• Subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases where required by law or at our discretion. Please see our full Return Policy for complete details.

Changes to Subscription Terms

• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Cannabinoids are compounds found in the cannabis plant. The most notable cannabinoids are tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary intoxicating compound in cannabis, and cannabidiol (CBD), a non-intoxicating compound. 

CBD and THC are both cannabinoids found in cannabis plants, but they have distinct effects. THC is psychoactive and can produce a “high,” whereas CBD is non-intoxicating and is often used for its potential therapeutic benefits without causing euphoria. Learn more here. 

Terpenes are organic compounds produced by plants that give each flower, herb, and fruit its unique scent and flavor. They interact synergistically with other botanical compounds and human hormones to enhance the benefits of the plant’s individual components.​

The entourage effect refers to the synergistic interaction between various compounds in the cannabis plant, such as cannabinoids and terpenes, which may enhance the overall therapeutic effects.

Our THC products can produce psychoactive effects and may make you feel high. Our CBD products are non-intoxicating and will not produce a high.​

Keep your products in a cool, dark place.​

CBD is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, THC’s legality varies by state. While some states allow recreational and medical use, others restrict it. Check your local regulations before purchasing.​

We are a cruelty-free company. We do not test on animals and do not source any ingredients that are tested on animals.​

Yes, all of our products undergo third-party lab testing for potency, cannabinoid content, microbial presence, pesticides, residual solvents, and heavy metals. Lab results are available on our website or via the QR code on our packaging.​

Unless specifically made for Pets, our products are formulated for humans and we do not recommend giving them to your pet. We suggest using pet-specific formulas and checking with your veterinarian before starting your pet on any new supplement.​

CBD/hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC can be taken on domestic flights. Check international and state laws before traveling.

CBD and THC can interact with prescribed medications. It’s important to talk with your doctor before adding these into your wellness routine.​

Full-spectrum CBD is a whole plant extract containing high amounts of CBD, trace amounts of other cannabinoids (including THC), and naturally occurring terpenes, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and proteins.​

CBD isolate is a crystalline solid or powder that contains 99% pure CBD, with all other cannabinoids and plant matter removed.​ Learn more by reading our CBD 101 guide.

We use full-spectrum CBD for both our ingestible CBD oils and CBD Recovery Stick. 

Place the desired amount under your tongue and let it sit for 60 seconds to maximize absorption into the bloodstream. Alternatively, it can be added to food or beverages, though some CBD may be lost in the digestive process.​

Start with a lower dose and gradually increase as necessary. CBD can take up to 2 hours to take effect. Consistency is important; taking CBD daily stimulates the endocannabinoid system, enhancing effects over time.​ CBD can be taken as needed, throughout the day and night.

You can’t overdose on CBD. A World Health Organization report concluded that CBD is generally well-tolerated with a good safety profile. Start slow and pay attention to how your body reacts.​

Drug tests typically look for THC. Our CBD formulas contain 0.0% THC, and our full-spectrum products contain less than 0.3% THC. However, we cannot guarantee you will not fail a drug test.​
